What does the Verified tier include?+
Our admin team reviews your DBS certificate, public liability insurance, photo ID and proof of address. Once approved you display the Southend Verified™ badge on your profile and across search.
What happens to my badge if my subscription lapses?+
The Southend Verified™ badge is only displayed while your Verified subscription is active AND your documents are current. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for — then drop to Free and the badge is removed automatically. Your listing stays live.
What if my DBS or insurance expires?+
We track expiry dates automatically. The badge is removed when any required document expires. Re-upload a current version and the badge is restored within 1 working day.
Can I switch between tiers?+
Yes — switch any time from your dashboard. The new plan starts immediately and we charge the pro-rated difference to your card on file.
Yearly vs monthly — what's the real saving?+
